Hooo... That's the end of animal suffering their lives to fulfill my taste buds! Finally me and my husband have pledged to give up eating meat till the end of our lives yesterday, it's quite sudden for me that he's sent in his pledge and asked me if I also wanna join... I thought it over the "pledge" thing, after clarifying a few doubts and said yea... why not?  So I guess this is a major big step that I've promised myself to do and will continue in future. 


"May my Holy Gurus HH The 14th Dalai Lama Tenzin Gyatso and Tsem Tulku Rinpoche, my beloved husband Alvyn Lee have long lives, good health and prosperity. May my beloved family members and friends have long lives and prosperity, may my late parents have good rebirths and never be parted with Buddha Dharma in their future lives. May all sentient beings have happiness, be free of sufferings and the causes of it. May all gain higher wisdom to benefit each other, may there be world peace always... May the Holy Dharma grow... May all obstacles be pacified and may condusive conditions grow...


Whatever beings throughout space   Are tormented in body and mind, Through my merits, may they all Receive oceans of comfort and joy!

May no sentient beings be in pain! May no one act harmfully and be sick!
May no one be terrorised or disparaged!
And may no one be unhappy!

May the blind attain eyes of sight!
May the deaf always hear sounds!
As easily as an illusory drama
May those pregnant give birth unharmed!

May the naked received clothes,
The hungry find food,
May those thirsty receive water and other delicious drinks!

May the poor obtain wealth!
May those destitute with sorrow attain happiness!
May the exhausted be renewed, And may all be consistently, perfectly well!

May the deities let fall timely rain,
And may the harvests be perfect!
May medicines be endowed with power,
And may practices of Vajrayana be accomplished!

May sentient beings, whoever are sick
Be swiftly cured of their illness!
May all diseases of beings, without exception,
Never arise again!

May the frightened become fearless!
May those living in bondage be freed! 
May the empowered gain their rights,
And may all live in mutual friendship!

As long as space exists,
And sentient beings remain,
Remaining that long as well,
May I dispel the suffering of beings! 

Every sentient beings has a mother. Therefore, none of us are different, we all want love and happiness.
